Jessica Grippo

Content Director

Jessica’s journey with FLO began in 2006 as a client, when she worked with Alisa to heal her PCOS and get off the birth control pill. Because of the incredible transformation she experienced, Jess was inspired to quit her job and register at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a health coach herself, and soon after that began working with Alisa and FLO Living. She apprenticed closely with Alisa and has assisted in the development of the FLO curriculum over the years.
Jessica’s specialty is in bringing forward the deep connection between our hormonal health and our creativity, as well as helping women and teen girls transition off of the birth control pill. She has been a featured presenter at universities, high schools, corporations, and conferences across the NYC area and beyond.
Reviving her love of dance has been an integral part of her healing journey, and Jess now integrates this passion into her counseling work by helping other women unlock their creative potential and rediscover their lost passions.

Christina Freund

Counselor, HHC

Christina graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2002 and has been working with clients ever since to empower them to understand, heal and create a body and life they love!

Christina struggled for years with depression, painful periods, weight gain, eating disorders, and difficulty focusing. After finding no effective treatment for her symptoms she finally approached her health and wellbeing from a holistic perspective: At IIN she learned that food can transform the way one feels and also that tuning in to one’s intuition can dramatically transform the quality for one’s life. She brings the information to her clients that loving and nurturing themselves is key to finding health and balance.

While she attended IIN, she met Alisa Vitti. She started to work with Alisa and her new company after graduating 2002. In 2006 she moved to the Berkshires in MA and started a family. Now she has 2 little girls, and enjoys picking herbs and making her own herbal concoctions and lotions.
