I recently took processed foods, sugar and alcohol out of my diet. Its been about a year now. Can you tell us how white sugar impacts our energy and bodies. Great video, my only criticism is that my eardrums just about bled because the music at the end of it was SO LOUD.
I had to turn the volume up to hear you speak, but when the music started the volume jumped.
Would have been helpful – in a 10 minute video – to actually have some information about WHAT food choices we can make to support our adrenal health, not just that it’s important…
Can you provide the foods, vit./ minerals that enhance and can help us to start this now? The video’s are great and in this process of using new tools like this site/ forum actually getting detailed foods/ etc. would benefit us/ me more rather than having to pay a fee for the information. I understand each womans body is differnt as I am on the healing journey from Adrenal Fatigue and copper iud toxicity..eating almost no processed foods, whole foods, organically grown meats & fruit/ vegs is recommened. However I never heard any of this in the video. Keep up the videos and please provide more details Flo!

Try tulsi tea, rhodiola root, ashwaganda, DHEA (which is mentioned in the video and, as Sunshine stated, there are loads of books out there. When looking at supplements you should work with someone who knows how to help you achieve the right dosage for your body. Look into this if youre not ready to signup for Alisa’s program. Hope that helps!
There are many books out there you can buy for adrenal fatigue syndrome. It’s all the processed food we eat + insane work/life schedules. Or use the Internet to find out what foods to avoid.
Also watching scary or intense movies (if you can handle it) helps too!
